After making a blog post yesterday about Commission on Elections (COMELEC) website being down for several days, their official website is now up and running. I just hope they have finally resolve their issue. Just a suggestion, maybe COMELEC should invest in a better webhosting and web design. They can even outsource this aspect. // [...]
