It’s late at night and busy with your review or you’re working late and you are hungry. If you just want a Big Mac and nothing else, you could now enjoy it via McDonald’s delivery.

Now, there are no more minimum food purchase orders at McDelivery. Whether you’re ordering your McDonald’s favorites for yourself or an army, the delivery charge is fixed at only Php 40. No more 10% delivery fee.

I went there yesterday at my lumapit s akin manager n kinuha un order ko..then i ordered 2 chicken fillet…but i remember that i had a coupon for your promo… wen i am the one to be served in the cashier na i changed my order, present the coupon and keep telling them that only i fillet n lang…pero they make it 2 p rin..so tinanong ko kun 2 pa rin un nilagay nila..sabi ng crew yes ma’am..i told her n im’ telling u n isa n nga lang order ko eh.and i asked her d b pwede naman ireund.sabi ng crew which name is regine d n po ma’am. Sbi k talaga d n pwede d p pwede naman un..then she called the manager and nirefund nila s akin…sana po ayusin nila pag answer s customer.d naman po s mcdo lang ako eat na di ko alam un ganun.i want an action po dito. nagyon lang ako nkarinig n ganun pala d n pwede.

Sobra akong nadismaya biruin mo tumawag kami sa hotline nila for delivery at 8:40am dumating ang orders namin at 9:45 am hanep talaga ang mcdo! dapat hindi na kayo nag-chacharge ng 40 pesos kung ganyan din lang services nyo kasi nakakahiya.
boboMcdo April 17, 2011 at 2:59 AM: bobo ng delivery la kwenta tangina nyan!! sabi sakin 30-40mins, pota dumating 1hour and 15mins!! tangina nio la kwenta delivery nio!!! tpos irarason pa na ngdelivery dami ng delivery at ngsabay2, sana d nio na cnabi na 30mins to 40mins BOBO!!!
joselito angeles April 21, 2011 at 2:45 AM: Same here. I should’ve went there myself. I was promised an hour since it was late but my food came an hour and forty minutes later. Though the driver asks an apology, damage is still done. Pizza hut delivery is still the best imho. They even know what door our apartment was. They seem to have a good database and add specific information everytime a successful delivery was done. Poor poor mcdo delivery

i’ll rant about mcdonalds marcos hiway marikina.

the first experience i had was 1hr 20min delivery, the burgers and fries are cold and the soda was hot. to top it off, the rider did not have the change for the order. i sent everything back to the store.
the second it’s 1 hr late, got just half of what i ordered because of call center error.

can mcdonalds be anymore decieving? 30 to 45 mins for them to deliver + 40 pesos charge on delivery which nobody cares about because who would order just one burger? seriously, who would?? + LATE WITHOUT ANY CONSEQUENCE TO THEM. they can be late for 3 hrs for all they care and just slap you with apologies.

i say mcdonalds must strictly honor the 30 to 45 minutes delivery time *ridiculous as it is, i did not order fine dining* and there must be consequences in their part for making the costumers wait for more than they said it would take.

shame on you mcdonalds for making people wait unnecessarily for their food and still have the nerve to take the money. soulless.
