It’s sad that the price cut-down of the delivery charge isn’t available here in our place yet. I hope they’ll be able to integrate it here as well.

Same here. I should’ve went there myself. I was promised an hour since it was late but my food came an hour and forty minutes later. Though the driver asks an apology, damage is still done. Pizza hut delivery is still the best imho. They even know what door our apartment was. They seem to have a good database and add specific information everytime a successful delivery was done. Poor poor mcdo delivery

    1.1x > x + 40
    1.1x – x > 40
    0.1x > 40
    x > 400

So we can defeat McDonald’s if we order more than 400 per delivery? WTF?

i’d like to join you on your rant.

i’ll rant about mcdonalds marcos hiway marikina.

the first experience i had was 1hr 20min delivery, the burgers and fries are cold and the soda was hot. to top it off, the rider did not have the change for the order. i sent everything back to the store.
the second it’s 1 hr late, got just half of what i ordered because of call center error.

can mcdonalds be anymore decieving? 30 to 45 mins for them to deliver + 40 pesos charge on delivery which nobody cares about because who would order just one burger? seriously, who would?? + LATE WITHOUT ANY CONSEQUENCE TO THEM. they can be late for 3 hrs for all they care and just slap you with apologies.

i say mcdonalds must strictly honor the 30 to 45 minutes delivery time *ridiculous as it is, i did not order fine dining* and there must be consequences in their part for making the costumers wait for more than they said it would take.

shame on you mcdonalds for making people wait unnecessarily for their food and still have the nerve to take the money. soulless.

me and my family made a delivery order to the Mcdo..we used the recent chinese coupon cards for lesser price..we had 4 coupons but the attendant said we can only use 3..so its okay..We thought that we can just make another order, but the attendant said there will be another 40 pesos delivery charge. So it means we will pay a total of 80 pesos for the charge. I really dont understand this..when you use the coupons for an order, yeah of course there would be a delivery charge of 40 pesos but when they asked you if you have another additional order, they would also say there will be another 40 pesos..so 80 pesos all in all for the delivery charge? i thought the fixed delivery charge is only 40 pesos when you order? why is this so?

gagawin ka pang sinunagling…nagorder ako 2:15 pm so im expection by 3pm na delivered na.ang laking pagkakamali ko hindi ko name na nakausap ko. grabe nanginginig ako sa galit…after 3pm kasi tumawag ako to follow up on my order, after giving my tel.no,sasabihin nila wala daw s record nila ang order ko..sabi ko paano mangyayari yun, she gave me the breakdown kung magkano mga meals na inoorder ko,she even asked me pa nga landmark ng bldg nmin at change to how much. (duh????)lumalabas ako pa ang sira ulo na caller, claiming n may order ako…bwisit tlga cla,i asked them to check yung recording ng calls nila since “for quality purposes daw recorded call” leche, kalokohan….gagawin ka nilang sira ulo at ssbihin na wala silang record, ano pa nga ba kalaban laban ko e hindi ko nakuha name ng nakausap ko…walang kwenta at bobo mga kumukuha ng orders nyo…from now on, i will tell my friends how unproficient and how bad your services are!
