Bidding of projects means that you need to offer the client your price to get the job done. For example, one freelancer from India bids for a job offer for 250USD a month, if it is okay with you, you can bid 200USD to deliver the output required for you to get the project. Just make sure you can deliver in quality and in a timely manner.

You need to watch out for your online reputation too. By doing this, employers will have trust and confidence with your output and you will get more projects.
