  2. unfortunately my account was locked today early in morning but before that i was able to open it and when i tried to log in again jut for the first try i receive an error message say’s your account is locked contact customer service and immediately i contact them but no reply, i have send a couple of text but still no reply, i need to transfer money for my family in the Philippines but i may not be able to do it now.

  3. i enrolled my mother’s acct online so i can send money to her. after checking for 2 days… the enrollment status is still PENDING. how long does it take for the enrollment of other accounts be approved by BDO?

Me and my wife expect BDO will be the best bank for us, we open a joint account because of the online banking they offer but since we enroll,it says that we have to visit any branch closest to us unfortunately I am in Canada and my wife in Saudi Arabia it just a big stress for us we keep calling all numbers given form in international or domestic but all our call even one can’t go through its really sucks! so terrible!!!!!!!
