Effective 17 November 2009, the following enhancements have been implemented in myBDO Internet Banking:
The usual Mandatory Password Change (Password Expiry) was 120 days. It was shortened into 90 days.
The Unsuccessful Log-in attempts (Invalid Password Tries) permitted that was previously 5 tries was lowered into 3 tries.
This is to ensure the confidentiality of our accounts and personal information every time we visit their website. BDO assures that they pay utmost attention to system security in line with its Privacy Policy.
It is good to know that our money is safe with BDO. My three accounts are all safe. =)

i have forgotten my BDO internet banking password and ive tried more than 3 times and my user account was locked out. Ive been trying to contact BDO, for 5 days now, via email to callcenter@bdo.com.ph on what to do but i havent received any reply. One more thing, how can i contact bdo on toll free no. 6318000? What specific intl access code should i use since im in ABi DHabi? kindly send reply to my email.thanks
Hi Ai,
If you are abroad, you can just dial the usual number when you call the Philippines. I believe the area code is (02) because the call center is based in Manila area. Then follow the voice prompt for the correct concern. The customer support representative will then ask questions to verify if you are really the owner of the account.
Then password will be reset and you can now access and you will be asked to change the password when you successfully log-in.

There is no charge for enrolling your account. But I believe you have to visit the bank to submit your application. When I enrolled my account back in 2005, I believe the activation is just online. They have changed the procedure for security reasons.

Are you referring to your online account? You can call (02) 631-8000 for your concerns. I remember my account was locked up because I forgot my password Their customer support was very helpful and re-activated my account. You just need to answer a few questions to verify if you are the rightful owner of the account. After that, your password will be reset.
You will be advised by the rep on what to do.

As far as I know, wala pong charge yung BDO internet banking.
This I’m not sure. Pero I think small amounts lang yung gamit for verification. Ilang cents lang po. Di ko napansin kung narefund back yung 2 small amounts when I verified my Paypal account.

You need to apply online. If you already applied, you can just log-in with your username and password. Then you can access your savings account.

I hate BDO, they will automatically deduct an amount from PAYPAL without prior notice or they did not include it on my bank statement. This happened everytime i transferred money from paypal to my BDO account. I called the Hotline number to ask for assistance but it’s useless because you can not easily reach them. they got poor customer service.

I made a big mistake of opening an ATM savings account with BDO. I thought I could immediately use the on line banking services so I could easily transfer funds to my children whenever I am away. It is more than a month now and my application is still in process per online status of application even if I have submitted the signed application the next day I opened the account. I made a follow up this afternoon at the branch where I opened my account and just to be informed that my application was sent to HO but rejected because they are not anymore accepting the form I submitted which I got from the branch. I was told to print and sign the e mail I received regarding my application and was told to wait for another week for the approval. I hope it could be approved before the end of the year 2020. Tried to call the customer service it is always busy and no chance to get through. Tried to e mail the given e mail address and all my mail bounced back to me. Got my BPI ATM and used the online banking instantly same with my PNB ATM.
@Enrique: I am also disappointed with BDO Credit Card dept. I have requested to change my billing address since last year but my request is not yet granted. They require unnecessary requirements in which I cannot easily submit because I am based here in Albay.
Their fax line is always busy.

I enrolled my account with the online banking feature but when i click on the print form button what comes out is a screen with a “close” button. my form does not come out and I can’t print it to send it to the bank.
Is there program I need to download to make the form viewer work? Thanks

I use internet banking but my account has been locked out. I tried calling their 631-8000 from my globe cellphone as in this area of mindanao pldt lines are hard to find.
Can anyone tell me how to get to their call center agent as the automated reply seems to ask me to press a number, then a number then another number without me actually talking to a real live person. Maybe someone can tell me the sequence of numbers to press.

@enad and Maita Padua: If you forgot your username and password you can call their hotline (02)631-8000 to request for a reset of password.
The customer service representative will as certain information to verify if you are the real owner of the account. If verification is successful, they will send you a temporary password to the email you have provided.
My gf had the same problem and had it resolved minutes after calling.

we have difficulties to connect in corporate electronic banking at bdo because our existing password always result Invalid & Locked out.so that we request to Ms.Josephine Buencamino to allow us to change our password immediately so we have easy acces to our Bank payments.

I opened a bdo kabayan savings account last year specifically in Davao City and I’ve been doing simple transactions (withdrawing, depositing, updating passbook) through going to the bank or through ATM machines. I am currently living in the United states and I brought with me my ATM card and passbook but haven’t tried checking my account anymore. Now, I decided to check it online but on the contrary I don’t know how. Can i access my account here even if it was opened in Davao? How can I access online? looking forward for your reply. then wait before 24 hours a customer service will call you up answer the security questions.
