A week before formal transfer of power to president-elect Noynoy Aquino, President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo (PGMA) made her last speech as president of our country.

Although not a hardcore supporter of Arroyo, I commend her accomplishments which saved us from the ill effects of the global financial crisis. Truly there are a lot of projects that helped our economy in which her detractors cannot fully discredit.

Here’s her Farewell Speech aired on June 23, 2010 at 7pm.

I doubted her capability to handle our nation but I was wrong. But now is different.

I am scared.

We were given an alternative in the person of Gibo Teodoro but the “bakya” crowds have chosen the incompetent.

God bless the Philippines.
