One week ago, I got a call from an unknown number while I am doing keywords research for my online projects. It was Ma’am Meann Espinosa of the Marketing and Public Relations Office of Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA) and I informed her about my circumstances.
Yesterday, I received a call from her again asking if I can attend the said event.
The GOOD news is I was chosen as one of the few bloggers for their “Danse.Blog.Win promo” for PETA’s East West Danse. My girl friend had browsed into one of their ads at the Libre Tabloids at the MRT station. Being overweight (hehe), she bugged me to join the said promo to get FREE Slenda products.
My girlfriend said that according to her friends, Slenda is an effective weight loss product and she believes that through Slenda, she’ll get her old body back. =) (How I wish…)
So I tried to apply and luckily I was chosen to be one of the few to attend the PETA event and had the chance to bring home one box of FREE Slenda products.
Unfortunately I can’t go to Manila because I have online meetings with my US and UK clients starting out SEO and Social media campaigns. But then, I promised Ms. Meann and Meloy of PETA that I would still promote the event even without compensation, thus, this blog post.
The Philippine Educational Theater Association or PETA was founded in 1976. It is an organization of creative and critical artist-teacher-cultural workers committed to artistic excellence and a people’s culture that casts shackles and fosters both personal fulfillment and social transformations.
