I’ve been monitoring the Congress’ Proclamation of Noynoy Aquino and Jejomar Binay as winners of the presidential and vice presidential elections through ANC.

I’m Luz Buizon, a LGU- employee in bicol province, I just want to inform you that as a LGu- employee, I suffer from a very small salary which the govt allotted to us, while national agencies enjoy increase salaries , I hope that you give attention to agony here, its so difficult here to ask additional benefits because of lack of funds, how can these be answered, i am hopeful that you can help us about it. thanks, luz
