There are several things that I would like to share to you about the application process for Saudi employment through POEA and the Saudi Recruitment Office (SRO). In this post I will focus on the examination and interview phase of acquiring a Saudi employment.
My girlfriend waited for about a month before she received a text message informing her of the scheduled examination and interview at the SRO. You will be informed a week earlier so you still have time to prepare.
The Saudi Recruitment Office (SRO) is a government entity organized by the Ministry of Health (MOH), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). It accepts and processes applications of medical workers for direct deployment exclusively to government hospitals and other medical institutions in KSA.

The Saudi Recruitment office (SRO) is at the 18th floor of BDO tower along Makati Ave. corner Paseo De Roxas in Makati City. From LRT Buendia, ride a Guadalupe bound jeepney and alight at Makati Ave. Landmark is the Petron gasoline station on the left and a Starbucks coffee chain on the right. From Starbucks, you will have to walk a couple of blocks before you can get to the BDO tower which is a gold colored building.
On your scheduled date, be punctual, you have to be there at least 30 minutes before your scheduled examination because you will be required to look for your files (the one that you submitted to POEA) and register.
There is no dress code but just like any other job exam and interview, try to look your best. But remember, Arabs are very conservative people so I would recommend that you do not apply too much make up, a little powder and lip gloss will do.
Applicants will be given an hour to finish the 50 item examination. Right after the exam all those who passed will be interviewed and those who were unsuccessful will be sent home. According to my girlfriend, most of the interviews lasted for about 10-15 minutes and clinical questions will be asked.
You will be informed right away about the result of the interview and a letter of appointment will be offered to you indicating the amount of your monthly salary.
Present the letter of employment along with the medical report form to POEA and attend an initial orientation about the entire process and requirements that you need to accomplish. I would suggest that you start fixing your papers the moment that you received your letter of appointment because you will only be given a month to comply.

I just want to ask if has anyone been interviewed already? I passed my credentials last January 30 but I didn’t receive any email or text yet from sro, Now I’m really worried.

hi sasha..yes nakarecv nako ng email..eemail mo cla bakit wala ka kc ung frnd ko tinanong ko kng bakit wala ako at nakita nya doon sa narecv nya kng cno cno ang mga na emailed ng sro at nandon namn ung email add ko kaso dey entered d wrong spelling of my email add.just check mo kng cno ung mga kasama mong nag pass sa poea tas patgnan mo kng andon ung email add mo sa mga nasendan na..or email mo ung sro ganon gnwa ko..
wla pang text from sro..bka nga totoo na sa india kumuha ung saudi ng nurses..dati nmn after a month nagtetext na ung sro for d sched of exam and ntervw..

elo guys, elo kirby pag inemail mo ba ung sro mag rereply sila?:) ksi ung kaibigan ko d dn naka receive ng email. at saka ung mom ko nga pala nasa jeddah nag tatrabaho sa king fahad general hospital she called me at sabi nya baka dadating na daw ung delegation this end of march. ung hiring sa india last january sila kumuha ng nurses doon na dapat sana dito dn sa pinas.. hopefully ma txt na tayong lahat this week..Godbless us all..:)

tatanong lang po sana if it’s really necessary to apply and bring your documents personally sa office nila? wala na po bang ibang paraan like send thru couriers or email? im from cebu city pa po kase at impractical if ako ng manila just to pass my application? thank you!

hi po, my friend just got an email from SRO, according to her nasa list din ako, kaso po mali ang na’enter nilang e-mail address ko kaya wala akong nareceive ni isang email galing sa kanila(SRO) paano po un? what should i do? do i have to go to their office? thank you po!
