Xoom is still the best way to send money to the Philippines especially those who do not have a bank account. Unlike Paypal, one could claim the money by just presenting a valid identification card with photo and of course the Xoom Transaction Number and relevant information.

i want to ask my uncle send me money from usa and it keep me waiting for about 2 weeks gosh i dont know what to do, he says that i can claim the money to any banco de oro branches here in the makati philippines
