Last night I was waiting for this feature on ABS-CBN’s Bandila but we had an unexpected black out here in Albay that lasted for several hours.

Mayor Jejomar Binay was scheduled to take the Hot Seat segment to answer several issues thrown by other candidates especially Liberal Party (LP)’s Mar Roxas.

Mayor Jojo Binay and Mar Roxas are now tie with 37% on the latest Survey conducted by the BusinessMirror. Business Mirror is a business newspaper in the Philippines published on a daily basis (excluding weekends).
